Our head chef & owner Matt, has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry.
Along with his wife Victoria, they ran and established one of Staffordshires leading countryside restaurants before relocating for family reasons to North East. A passion for food is evident in every dish we create and we love nothing more than seeing the joy on our customers' faces.
